What is the process for signing the contract?

Once you meet all the Trading Objectives of the Verification stage, the Mintply Identity section will be unlocked in your Client Area. In this section, you can provide your personal or company details and submit the necessary documentation for verification by our compliance team.

Compliance checks typically take less than 1 business day for personal accounts and up to 3 business days for company accounts. Once all information is verified, it is securely stored in our system, ready for use whenever you decide to activate your Mintply Account or sign a new Mintply Account Agreement.

There are three types of identities you can register as:

  1. Natural Person: You must complete the KYC verification process, providing a valid government-issued ID (showing nationality) and proof of address.
  2. Entrepreneur: You must complete the KYB verification process, providing a government-issued ID, proof of registration as an entrepreneur, and proof of address.
  3. Company: You must complete the KYB verification process, providing a government-issued ID for the company representative, proof of the company’s legal existence, and proof of the company’s address.

After successfully completing your KYC or KYB check, the Mintply Account Agreement will be available for your review and signature in the Client Area under the “Mintply Traders – Contracts” section. You can easily read through and sign the contract using your Mintply Identity with just a few clicks. The Client Area is designed to be user-friendly, but our customer support team is always available if you need assistance.
